"Poila Boishak - Nabo Borsho."

In Bengali, " Poila " means first and "Boishak" is the first month of the Bengali calendar. Bengalis also call it "Nabo Borsho." This day being the New year day, people wear new clothes and go about socialising. Poila Boishak is the day for cultural programmes. Following the rituals of Poila Boishak, Bengal club arranged an astounding show on 14th April 2016 evening. The euphonious singers of Mahila Samiti made the environment completely pleasing. With the graceful dancers on the floor made our audience completely awestruck. There were other melodious singers as well to make the environment completely lively. Approximately hundred people were engrossed in the performances and fun filled evening was concluded with delicious snacks provided by Bengal Club.
